Following the Town of Windsor's approval of Resolution 2024-62, involving a development incentives agreement with King Soopers, the Clearview Library District Administration and Board of Trustees would like to clarify how this matter relates to the district's property at the intersection of Main Street and Chimney Park Drive in Windsor.

The Clearview Library Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Erica Rose as the new director of the Clearview Library District. Following a thorough nine-month search process, her contract was approved and signed during the regular board meeting on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024. She will assume her role on Monday, Dec. 9.
