The meeting rooms at Windsor-Severance Library are designed primarily for library programs and activities. They are available to the public when no library functions are planned. More information about our meeting rooms can be found in our Meeting Room Policy.

The library has four meeting rooms that the public may reserve. Each room is furnished with tables and chairs, while Pikes Peak, Longs Peak, and James Peak rooms also offer TVs, providing a professional environment for collaboration, brainstorming, or presentations.

The meeting room may not be reserved for social gatherings such as receptions, showers, birthday parties, dances, etc. You’re welcome to bring light refreshments and beverages. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward. Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Meeting room reservations will be automatically canceled if individuals do not arrive within 10 minutes of their scheduled start time. If you anticipate being late, please call 970-686-5603 to notify our library customer service staff.
