A Library Card Hits All the Right Notes

The Clearview Library District is joining the American Library Association and libraries nationwide in celebrating everything a library card makes possible.

Whatever your interests, a library card can help you discover what comes next. Check out a classic—or discover a new favorite. Press play on a film, learn an instrument, try a new craft, or explore a hands-on collection. Then visit the library to find your rhythm through engaging programs and welcoming places to read, learn, work, and connect.

Books, eBooks, audiobooks, streaming movies and music, creative classes, research tools, and more are all free with your Clearview Library District card.

Any Colorado resident can get a library card with photo identification and proof of current address. A parent or guardian must sign for children younger than 14.

Get a Library Card

Getting started is easy. Begin online, or visit Clearview Library District - Windsor or Clearview Library District - Severance for help. Clearview Library District - Bookmobile staff can also help you get started.

Find your next book, movie, or audiobook—or borrow something designed for a shared or hands-on experience.

• Book Club Kits for Adults: Start a conversation with 11 copies of a selected title, discussion questions, and supporting materials in one kit.
• Book Adventure Boxes for Little Ones: Explore four to five books and a game or activity built around a theme for children ages 0–5.
• VOX Books: Enjoy print books with an attached audio reader for a read-along experience.
• Explore Kits: Borrow instruments, technology, games, and other hands-on items that make it easy to explore a new interest.
• Adventure Passes: Use your library card to reserve free or discounted admission to participating museums, gardens, and hands-on destinations across Northern Colorado and beyond. Admission and reservation terms vary by destination.

• Libby by OverDrive: Borrow eBooks, audiobooks, and digital magazines.
• Freegal Music: Explore millions of songs, curated playlists, and music from Sony Music’s catalog.
• Kanopy: Stream more than 30,000 titles, including classics, award-winning films, documentaries, kids’ shows, and world cinema, and explore instructional classes in the Skillshare collection.
• Creativebug and Craftsy: Stream creative classes that make it easy to learn and create at your own pace.
• Hoopla: Borrow eBooks, audiobooks, comics, music, movies, and television programs, or use one borrow for seven days of access to an available BingePass. Featured options include Fret Zealot for guitar, bass, and ukulele lessons; The Butter Book for pastry and breadmaking; and Hiveclass for fitness, pickleball, yoga, and mindfulness.
