As part of the Clearview Library District’s ongoing efforts to improve and modernize community spaces, the Pikes Peak Meeting Room at the Windsor Library will undergo renovations beginning Feb. 2, 2026. The overall renovation project is scheduled from Jan. 30 to April 15, 2026, with work expected to be completed over an estimated 2-month period.

These updates are designed to enhance both the functionality and comfort of one of the library’s most frequently used community spaces. Planned improvements include new flooring and paint, upgraded lighting, improved technology and audiovisual systems, increased storage, and a warmer, more welcoming aesthetic to better support programs, meetings, and individual use.

“Our meeting rooms play an important role in how our community connects, learns, and collaborates,” said Erica Rose, library director. “This renovation reflects our ongoing commitment to creating spaces that are welcoming, flexible, and thoughtfully designed to support our community now and in the future.”
