Got Seeds? Contribute to our Seed Bank Binder!
Did you know you can donate seeds you no longer need to the library? The Clearview Library District hosts two Seed Bank Binders--one at the Windsor Library and another at the Severance Library--maintained through donated seeds.
As you are starting seeds for your gardens this spring, consider donating your leftovers to the library! Simply place your extra seeds in a sealed and labeled container and drop them off at the front desk at either location. The Adult Services team will distribute them into smaller packets to fill the binder.
The Seed Bank Binders will be on display in March, before making their way to their permanent homes at each library location from April-August.
Have expired seeds? We will take those too! Just include the expiration and/or collection date on the container label.
