Help shape the next chapter of your library by sharing what matters most to you.

The Clearview Library District is launching a community-wide strategic planning process that will help guide the future of the library through 2032—and we want to hear from you.

From June 22 through July 19, community members are invited to participate in a brief survey that will help inform the Library District's next five-year strategic plan.

Whether you're a frequent library visitor, occasional user, or someone who hasn't visited recently, your feedback is important.

The strategic plan will help guide future priorities, investments, partnerships, and community-focused initiatives while ensuring the Library District continues to meet the evolving needs of residents across Windsor, Severance, and West Greeley.

Caregivers or guardians are welcome to complete the survey with younger participants.

Why We're Asking

Communities change over time, and so do the needs, interests, and priorities of the people who live in them.

As our region continues to grow, the Clearview Library District wants to better understand what matters most to residents, what opportunities and challenges they see in the future, and how the library can continue supporting a thriving community.

The survey is designed to gather input from a wide range of perspectives and experiences—not just current library users.

Why Your Feedback Matters

Strategic planning helps ensure the Library District remains responsive, relevant, and community-centered.

Your responses will help inform future decision-making and identify priorities that reflect the needs and aspirations of our community.

Every response helps build a more complete picture of what matters most to the people we serve.

Join a Community Group Session

In addition to the survey, residents are invited to participate in community group sessions where they can share perspectives, experiences, and priorities in a welcoming, conversational setting.

Sessions will be held in:

Choose the session location that is most convenient for you. Residents are welcome to attend any session regardless of where they live within the Clearview Library District service area.

Space is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.

Survey participants will have the opportunity to learn more about these sessions at the end of the survey.

A Message from Director Erica Rose

"The Clearview Library District exists to serve our community, and one of the most important parts of planning for the future is listening. We want to hear from people with many different experiences and perspectives—not just current library users. Every response helps us better understand what matters most to our community and how we can continue supporting residents throughout Windsor, Severance, and West Greeley in meaningful ways for years to come."

— Erica Rose, Library Director

The survey is open June 26–July 19, 2026.
