April has been a big month for the Clearview Library District! Our staff has been bustling with activity with our new library branch launch in Severance on April 6 and the upcoming Clearview Reads event with Sarah Penner this Saturday, April 27! With so much to do, there isn’t always enough time or energy to make meals during the week. This is why the Taste of Home: Make-Ahead Comfort Foods cookbook was our pick this month: it features excellent recipes to make ahead of time! The book has three categories of prep-now recipes to fit your schedule: Freezer Friendly, Refrigerate Overnight, and Slow Cooker. Throughout the book, icons mark these categories for easy browsing!
