Clearview Library District announces summer adventure program: Color Our World
The Clearview Library District is excited to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Summer Adventure Program, themed Color Our World.
This year’s program promises a season filled with imagination, creativity and connection for all ages. Designed to spark a love of reading and lifelong learning, the Summer Adventure Program runs from Monday, June 2, through Friday, Aug. 1, and includes a wide range of activities, challenges and prizes that encourage exploration and discovery.
"We look forward to our Summer Adventure Program all year long," said Casey Lansinger-Pierce, head of public services. "This year’s Color Our World theme brings a wonderful mix of creativity and community spirit to everything we offer. Through colorful reading challenges and engaging art-based activities, we’re creating joyful summer experiences that bring our community together, while continuing to promote literacy as a vital skill for growth, curiosity and lifelong learning."
Kick off the season with a splash of color, creativity and community spirit as the district launches into summer. Join the library on Monday, June 2, in Severance for a family-friendly Color Run around scenic Blue Spruce Pond, offered in partnership with run.Windsor. After the run, head over to the Severance Library parking lot for a foam party and hands-on colorful activities the whole community will enjoy. All festivities will take place from 3 to 6 p.m.
While enjoying the fun, attendees can also sign up for the Summer Adventure Program, pick up a bingo card and start their summer of reading and discovery. Registration opens June 2 and can be completed in person at the Windsor and Severance libraries or online at clearviewlibrary.org/sap.
