Staff Spotlight: Cristin Altepeter

Each month we spotlight one of the friendly staff faces you’ll run into at the Windsor-Severance Library or on the bookmobile.

Hometown: Marshall, Minnesota.

Interests: dogs, hiking, paddle boarding, wildflowers, stars, dogs, gardening, sewing, nature, camping, reading, dogs.

Favorite Book: Impossible question!  As a very small child, my favorite book was Betty Bear’s Birthday Party (not even sure you can find it in print anymore!).

Preferred Superpower: I’d like to time travel, mostly so I could go back in time and re-live special moments. Flying would be pretty cool too!

Favorite Author: Sandra Dallas.

Favorite Vacation Spot: A little tree house in the mountains near Taos, NM, on an alpaca farm, as well as our family cabin and land in northern MN.

What three people (dead or alive) would you invite to a dinner party? My dad, Michelle Obama, my daughter.
