Each month, we spotlight one of the friendly staff faces you'll run into at the Windsor Library, Severance Library, or aboard the Bookmobile.

Hometown: Madison, Wisconsin.

Interests: Reading (of course!), trying out local restaurants and breweries (I'm new to town, so love suggestions--my photo is from High Hops here in Windsor!), hiking, hanging with my dog Violet.

Favorite Book: This changes constantly...right now I can't stop talking about Enter the Body by Joy McCullough.

Preferred Superpower: Teleportation- so I could both travel the world and get home in an instant.

Favorite Author: At the moment- Jasmine Guillory, Fredrik Backman, or Louise Penny.

Favorite Vacation Spot: Any National Park (Acadia in Maine was one of my favorites).

What three people (dead or alive) would you invite to a dinner party? Former President Obama; Betty White; Taylor Swift.

Favorite Quote: "The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little." - Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Inaugural Address 1937 (I first saw this quote on the FDR Memorial in DC!).

Job at the Library: Children's Services Assistant.
