Join us online for Imagine Stories Together every Thursday at 6:30 p.m from September 10th through October 8th.
Geared for families of all ages, we'll be reading Wonder by R.J. Palacio.
Ten-year-old Auggie Pullman, who was born with extreme facial abnormalities and was not expected to survive, goes from being home-schooled to entering fifth grade at a private middle school in Manhattan, which entails enduring the taunting and fear of his classmates as he struggles to be seen as just another student.
Kits for this online program will be available for curbside pickup at the Windsor-Severance Library beginning September 7th and will include a free copy of the book, as well as supplies for activities and crafts that will take place during the program. To pick up your kit you can either call the library ahead of time and arrange Library Takeout, or you may come into the library to pick up your kit.
Please note that this program is registration-based only; please register your family as one total registration, rather than registering each individual in your family. Once you have registered for the program, we will send you a link to join the book club via Zoom every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. through October 8th.
