This is a slow-paced class with poses held upwards of five minutes. The purpose of Yin yoga is to create tension in the body with the end result being stretched and relaxed muscles surrendering into each pose. Come prepared to relax your mind body and breath in this Yin yoga practice balancing the Yang in your life, leaving the mind and body restored. Props will be used to allow optimal alignment in the body. Props provided, but if you prefer to use your own mat, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps, please do. Please plan to arrive early to sign class waiver. Registration required.*
