Get Help with Library Technology

Connection — to information, ideas, and people — is an important part of growing, learning, and contributing to a stronger community. At Clearview Library District, our IT staff are your tech experts when it comes to navigating library resources on your devices.

Have a question about downloading an e-book, 3D printing, or accessing one of our databases? Wondering how to connect to our digital magazines? We’re here to help.

Through Ask A Tech, you can submit a question or request one-on-one assistance with:

  • Accessing Clearview Library District resources on your device
  • Using our downloadable and streaming services (e-books, audiobooks, movies, music, and more)
  • Navigating our digital tools, online databases, and library accounts

Our team is happy to answer your questions and provide helpful advice so you can make the most of the library’s technology and digital collections. If you'd like to schedule an in-person session with a tech, check our schedule and book an appointment here.
