Reserve a room

The meeting rooms at Windsor-Severance Library are designed primarily for library programs and activities. They are available to the public when no library functions are planned.

The meeting room is always booked for library programs, and *not available* to be reserved:

Every Monday from 9-11am & 2:30-5pm
Every Tuesday from 2:30pm-8pm
Every Wednesday from 9-12:30 & 2:30-5pm
Every Thursday from 5-8pm
Every Friday from 9-11:30am & 3-8pm

    • The large meeting room is available for a rental fee of $25/hr. There is also a $25 security deposit due within one week of booking the room. The security deposit is to reserve the room and will be returned to you after your meeting.

      The small meeting room is available for a rental fee of $10/hr. There is also a $10 security deposit due within one week of booking the room. The security deposit is to reserve the room and will be returned to you after your meeting.

    • Yes, the fee can be waived for non-profit charitable organizations, groups or clubs with the IRS classification 501c. The security deposit, however will still be owed within one week of booking, and will be returned after your meeting.

    • The small meeting room can comfortably accomodate 10 individuals, but you could have up to 12.

      The large meeting room can comfortably accomodate 50 individuals, but you could have to 88.
